Returns & Refund Policy

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns within 10 days of the original purchase date for eligible, non-final-sale items.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused
• Be in the same condition as received
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free from makeup, perfume, stains, damage, or other signs of wear

All returned items are subject to inspection and approval. Items that are returned dirty, damaged, worn, altered, or otherwise not in their original condition may be subject to a fee or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item.

What items are final sale?

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked 50% off or more
• Moroccan Caftans
• Turkish Gowns
• Gift Cards
• Gift Boxes
• Scrunchies
• Hijab Under Caps
• Hijabs

All final-sale items are ineligible for refunds or exchanges.

Do you offer free returns?

No. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Once the returned item is received and approved, the eligible purchase amount will be refunded, excluding any original shipping fees.
