What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns within 10 days of your order purchase date for all non-final sale items. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund (excluding original shipping fees). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. All returned items are subject to review and inspection. Items returned dirty, damaged or worn will be charged a fee or will be sent back to the customer.

All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable. Customers must pay for shipping expenses for returned item(s).

What items cannot be returned?

All items marked down 50% off or more are considered final sale and ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Moroccan Caftans, Turkish Gowns, Gift cards, Gift boxes, Scrunchies, Hijab Under Caps, Hijabs are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Do you offer free returns?

The customer will need to pay the cost of shipping the item back to us. Item(s) returned will be refunded.
